Of course. Our module integrates with your factory display and keeps that original OEM look and feel. Everything you already use — radio, Bluetooth, steering wheel controls, reverse camera and the rest of your factory system — keeps working exactly as it should.

Installation

Not at all — our kits are plug-and-play and include all the wiring harnesses you'll need. Most DIY installs take around 1–2 hours, and we back you up with a detailed manual and video guide the whole way through.
Nope. Our harnesses plug straight into your factory connectors, so there's no cutting, splicing or damage to your original wiring.
Don't stress — every vehicle is a little different, so it's completely normal to hit a question or two along the way. Our support team is here to help, every step of the install. We want your installation to be as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Yes. We offer professional installation for customers within 30km of Brisbane, by appointment. Locations outside our usual service area may incur a small travel fee — just let us know your suburb through Contact and we'll get you a quote.

Production & Shipping

Each module is custom-built to fit your specific car model, so please allow 3–5 days for production. Once it's on its way, most Australian orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on where you are.

Yes — we ship right across Australia, and every order comes with tracking on AU Post so you can follow it the whole way.

Warranty & Returns

Absolutely! Every product we sell comes backed by a solid warranty. If your CarPlay module develops a manufacturing defect within 3 months of installation, our tech team will work with you first to diagnose and sort out the issue. If it can't be fixed, we'll send a brand-new replacement module without any costs, and we'll cover the shipping too.

On top of that, all our products carry a 12-month warranty, covering technical support and warranty service for any manufacturing defects.

Because our products are specifically configured to match your vehicle, they're considered custom items. That means we're NOT able to accept returns or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

If something's not quite right, please give us the chance to sort it out first — a review won't fix your module, but our support team absolutely can.
